What are the shortcomings in the current care pathways for CRS? [Part 1]

Chronic Rhinosinusitis is a diverse group of different diseases. It refers to inflammation for the sinus but there is a vast spectrum of endotypes. One of the current shortcomings not having a full understanding of the spectrum of all the inflammatory subtypes of Chronic Rhinosinusitis and as a result, some treatments may not be appropriate for certain types/subtypes.
