Why do GARD and EUFOREA join forces?

EUFOREA’s mission is to reduce the burden and the prevalence of chronic respiratory diseases and EUFOREA can join forces with GARD (Global Alliance against Chronic Respiratory Diseases) this is an added value for both parties. EUFOREA is mainly focusing on advocacy research and educational activities in Europe and GARD is actually aiming mainly at increasing attention for chronic respiratory diseases and the burden on a global level and if we join forces between Europe and a more global approach this will bring EUFOREA’s activities of advocacy, research and education to a higher level and this will also help EUFOREA to fulfil its mission.
