Can sinus surgery be performed in children and Elderly?

Prof. Dr Manuel Bernal Sprekelsen believe that sinus surgery can be performed in children depending on the disease that the patient is showing, however, in children it is recommended to check the nasal farings for adenoids and apply medical treatment such as topical steroids. The age can be limited for itself and it is important to always discuss the disease itself with every patient.
